This is the Mystery Machine. Based on a '60s panel van of some sort, this van apparently has the ability to adapt itself to just about any situation... because cartoon logic. The back has ladders, lanterns and ropes, a bench can be stored in the rear, along with a table and chairs, and apparently kitchen cabinets can be seen lining the walls on one occasion... yeah, I dunno.
This casting was designed by Manson Cheung and introduced in the 2012 New Models. The casting has had eleven known releases, the last being in the 2019 HW id series in the Screen Time segment.
