This is a Custom 1985 Porsche 911 Turbo, nicknamed Kamiwaza. It is owned by Toshiya "Tom" Ichiraku, a close friend of Akira Nakai, the founder of Japanese body kit company Rauh-Welt Begriff, or RWB for short.
Ichiraku, commonly known as Toshi, is the man behind 1048style and the international director of RWB and a number of other companies; he also owns a number of RWB builds, such as the aforementioned Kamiwaza and his 993 named Rough Rhythm. Toshi says he mixed "retro 930 styling with in your face add-ons" for Kamiwaza, and it shows. The car was originally painted matte black but was later repainted to white.
Kamiwaza is fitted with a RWB triple-tier wing, festooned with stickers from RWB owners and his supporters throughout the world. The car's engine has been tuned to produce 300 horsepower and has a spaghetti-like rear exhaust setup. Fitted on 18-inch Work Wheels M1s, the car is significantly cambered and the wheels polished; his car also features numerous sponsors and serves as a demo car for his brands as well as Work Wheels. Given the car's name translates to "God-like", I guess one can say the car does live up to its name.
Now this casting was designed by Jun Imai and introduced in 2019 in the Silhouettes segment of the Car Culture line. This casting has seen three known releases, the last being this one in 2025 after a five year hiatus.
