This is a '19 Subaru WRX STI VT19r. Running in the Open 4WD class of the American Rally Association National Championship, the cars are actually stock Subaru WRX STIs modified off the showroom floor by technical partner Vermont SportsCar. Powered by a 2.0L turbocharged flat-4 with a mandated 34mm turbo inlet restrictor, the car uses a Sadev 6-speed transmission, allowing the drivers to shift without depressing the clutch. The body features a custom Vermont SportsCar wide body kit. The various VT19rs were driven by Chris Atkinson and David Higgins; as of 2020, the Subarus are driven by Travis Pastrana and Brandon Semenuk.

Now this casting was introduced in the 2020 Fast Tuners segment of the Premium line. The designer is unknown, but I suspect it is Mark Jones. This casting has seen two known releases, the last being this one in 2021. Interestingly, this release names the car "2019 Subaru WRX STI" as opposed to "2016".
