The Toyota 4Runner is a mid-sized sport utility vehicle (originally compact) sold around the world since 1984, replacing in North America the older Toyota Trekker, which was essentially a Toyota Hilux converted into an SUV by Winnebago. The fifth generation 4Runner, coded N280, was introduced in 2009 and sold until 2023 with several facelifts. Despite being manufactured in Japan at Toyota's Tahara Plant the car is mainly manufactured for export; the car was however sold in Japan until 2009 under the name Hilux Surf.
This casting is based on a 2018 Toyota 4Runner with the TRD Pro package, an off-road-centric package for the vehicle; specifically, this casting is based on the 4Runner owned by marketing manager Jimmy Liu. This casting features a partially rolled down rear window.
