The Mazda 323 GT-R is a hot hatch version of the 323, a series of compact cars produced by Mazda. The 323 GT-R was designed to homologate the car for use in Group A rally competition and was an enhanced version of the GT-X model also produced around the same time. The car was stripped of most luxuries and featured a number of performance and aesthetic changes, such as a more aggressive front and rear bumper and an enhanced engine with IHI turbocharger. Introduced in 1992, only about 2,200 were produced.
The idea for this model in the Boulevard line was put forth by now-retired Premium designer Mark Jones, with Premium lead designer Ronald Wong designing the model for the line. For the initial release in 2024, the model featured a tampo of a European-Union license plate with the text "ICY HOT" on yellow, with the blue vertical stripe on the left-hand side and 2 black circular marks implying some sort of ID stickers in the centre. The GT-R was sold in almost all European countries, as there were LHD and RHD versions. The car in the picture on the card is also LHD, based on the antenna on the left side of the car.
