This casting is a depiction of the Reptar Wagon from The Rugrats Movie. It is very similar to that of the earlier Reptar Wagon casting but features a more movie-correct appearance. Unlike the previous casting, this newer rendition is of all-metal construction and features rubbery plastic arms which can move independently; also unlike the previous casting the arms do not move as the car is rolled along, with no provisions for such a feature.
