This is a '16 Porsche 991 911 GT3 RS. Designed by Michael Mauer, the GT3 RS is an enhanced version of the 911 GT3, originally introduced in 2013. The GT3 RS, with the RS standing for RennSport, was unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. Compared to the GT3, the GT3 RS features new louvers on the front fenders, intakes on the rear, bucket seats, carbon fiber inserts, a magnesium roof, and most notably, a 4.0L MA1.76 flat-6, producing 490 BHP, putting the power down on the rears through a 7-speed PDK dual clutch gearbox. Production of the '16 911 GT3 RS began in 2016 and ended in 2017, with 4,500 produced; it was then replaced with an enhanced version of the 911 GT3 RS, unveiled the same year.
Now this casting was designed by Dima Shakhmatov and introduced in 2016 in the HW Exotics line of the mainline. This casting has seen eleven known releases, the last being a Hot Wheels id release in the HW Euro Sport series, shown above.
