This is a Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4, named the GTO in Japan. Designed by Masaru Suzuki, the 3000GT was unveiled at the 1989 Tokyo Motor Show, positioning itself as a car which could compete against such cars such as the Toyota Supra, Nissan 300ZX, Subaru Alcyone SVX and Mazda Cosmo Eunos. The car resurrected the GTO name from the Galant GTO, but was renamed the 3000GT in other countries as Mitsubishi was concerned that connoisseurs would object to the car's nameplate which would evoke such cars as the Pontiac GTO and Ferrari 250 GTO, both of which were highly regarded. All versions were powered by a 3.0L 6G72 V6, with the VR-4 being fitted with all-wheel drive and twin turbochargers. The VR-4 was produced from 1991 to 1999; 16,416 were produced.
Now this casting was designed by Mark Jones and introduced in 2021 in the Modern Classics segment of the Car Culture Premium Series. As this is a relatively recent release this is currently its only release.
