This is a 1994 NISMO 270R. Designed by Hiroshi Hasegawa and Yasuharu Namba, the 270R was a special tuned version of the S14 generation Nissan Silvia.

The S14 Silvia was unveiled in October 1993, being lower and wider than the previous S13 and featuring new rounded styling. The car's rounded styling made the car appear bigger than it actually was, although it did have an increased wheelbase and track which led to slightly improved handling; due to its dimensions it made buyers in Japan liable for higher road taxes.

In 1994, Nissan Motorsports International (NISMO) would launch their version of the S14, named the 270R. The car was unveiled at NISMO's 10th anniversary as a special project and is considered to be NISMO's first complete car build. Priced at approximately ¥4.6 million when new, high demand for the 270R led to prospective buyers being put through a balloting process to purchase these cars.

The 270R is powered by a tuned 2.0L SR20DET turbocharged inline-4 producing 270 horsepower (hence the 270R name) mated to a 5-speed FS5W71C manual; this was achieved not through the use of a larger turbocharger but through custom cams, intercooler and ECU. To match the added power for the engine, a NISMO 2-way LSD and heavy duty clutch were used for the car; other changes were also made to the interior, such as the removal of the stereo, addition of a kill switch, seats with NISMO stitching, lightweight steering wheel, door-mounted boost gauge and a 300 km/h (186 mph) speedometer.

The 270R also had a revised exterior, being fitted with the NISMO Edge Aero body kit, featuring a vented hood for better engine cooling and a rear wing. All 270Rs were painted in Super Black with a unique graphics package. Today an incredibly rare vehicle, the 270R is now considered the holy grail of all S14 variants. 30 (some sources say 50) were produced.

Now this casting was designed by Ron Wong and introduced in 2026. This is currently its only release.
