This is a Custom '81 Toyota Starlet. The Starlet was a subcompact car manufactured by Toyota from 1973 to 1999 as a replacement for the Publica, but retaining the Publica's "P" code and initially being sold as the Publica Starlet in some locales. The second generation of Starlet, the P60, introduced in 1978, drops the Publica name, but was far more popular than the previous generation as it was the first Starlet to be sold en masse outside of Japan; this generation was popular with "boy racers" for its well balanced chassis and lightweight body and apparently also was a popular choice for drag racing. The car was facelifted in 1980 with square headlamps and again in 1983 with a slantnose front. The first Toyota car to introduce rack and pinion steering, the KP61 Starlet, the 3-door version of the Starlet with a 1.3L 4K inline-4, was the first (and only) Starlet to be officially exported to the United States and sold there from 1981 to 1984. Production ended in 1984.

Now this casting was designed by Mark Jones and introduced in 2021 in the Toyota segment of the Car Culture Premium Series. As this is a relatively recent release this is currently its only release.

A curiosity: Gunma license plate. I believe this might be a generic plate number.
