This is a '70 Dodge Charger R/T. Designed by Richard Sias and Harvey Winn, the second generation Charger was given a significant redesign from the previous generation. Considered less upscale than the previous generation, this generation of Charger was differentiated from the Coronet models produced around the same time. The car's rear end now featured a "kick up" spoiler appearance, with the fastback roof gone. For 1970, the Charger was changed slightly, featuring a new large wraparound chrome bumper and a new front grille no longer divided in the middle, with new electric headlamp doors.

The cars also received high-back bucket seats and revised door panels, as well as having a pistol grip shifter. The new 440 ci (7.2L) "Six Pack" V8 was added, with three two-barrel carbs; this was said to be one of the most exotic engine setups since the Max Wedge engines of the 1960s. The R/T, the performance oriented model, was fitted with a 440 ci V8 as standard. 1970 was the final year of the second generation Charger, with the Charger further restyled for 1971 with a new "fuselage" body style. Due to increased automotive insurance rates, sales slipped. Despite this, the car has become a cult classic and has been featured in various forms of contemporary media. 46,576 were produced for 1970, of which 9,509 were R/Ts.

Now this casting was designed by Brendon Vetuskey and introduced in 2011 as a New Model. This casting has seen twenty-three known releases, the last in 2022 in the HW Horsepower 5-Pack.
