The '69 Chevy C-10 is a Hot Wheels casting which debuted in 2019 as an RLC Exclusive. It features an adjustable suspension which allows the body to ride at a "Street" mode or a "Slam'd" mode via a switch on the base, the first time this system was introduced. It was also the first model to come in a felt-lined blister frame with decorative box instead of the traditional blister or acrylic case. The suspension system was designed by Brendon Vetuskey, Steve Dunham, Timothy Rettberg and Kelvin Xian.

Due to the space taken up by the mechanism of the axles, the casting does not feature a proper interior piece, instead featuring only some portion of the seats and the steering wheel, with the rest of the interior not modeled due to space constraints.
