This is a 1994 Toyota Supra RZ. Designed by Isao Tsuzuki, the Supra is a sports car manufactured by Toyota over a number of generations.
The fourth generation Toyota Supra, internally designated the JZA80 (often shortened to A80), was introduced in 1993; the Supra was significantly redesigned with a new appearance and a greater emphasis on performance. Development of the Supra commenced in February 1989 under various teams led by Tsuzuki, with the final concept frozen for production in 1990 and mass production commencing in 1993.
Toyota's emphasis on high performance led to the car being introduced with two new engines, both 3.0L inline-6s; the naturally-aspirated 2JZ-GE and the twin-turbocharged 2JZ-GTE. Export turbocharged models were more powerful due to smaller steel-wheeled turbochargers and bigger fuel injectors among other things. Transmission options for the turbocharged model included a 6-speed Getrag 233 manual as standard or a 4-speed automatic with manual shifting.
The Supra could go from 0-60 mph (97 km/h) in as low as 4.6 seconds and has a top speed of 257 km/h (160 mph). The Supra was revised in 1996 for the 1997 model year, with the manual transmission returning to the turbocharged models in the US and the car as a whole getting restyled exterior and interior designs. The Supra was discontinued in 2002 due to stricter emissions regulations, with the name not used again until 2019. Having appeared in numerous forms of media since and becoming a popular modder's car, the Supra currently holds legendary status among the various echelons of Japanese automobiles.
Now this casting was designed by Jun Imai and introduced in 2013. This casting has seen twenty-nine known releases, the last being this one in 2025.
