This is a '92 Honda Civic SiR Drag Car, better known in most circles as the Honda Civic EG. Designed by Kohichi Hirata, the SiRs were fitted with the 1.6L B16A1 inline-4 making 168 BHP. The fifth generation of the Civic was available in a multitude of body styles; coupe, hatchback and sedan, of which various trim levels were available. Production began in September 1991 and ended in August 1995 when a new generation of Civic arose, better known as the EJ, EK and EM. Civics were also often used in drag racing competition, such as this one; it features a lowered front bumper, an intercooler and turbocharger setup to the B16A1 engine, smaller rear wheels, single seat, fire suppression systems and a rerouted exhaust. Drag-converted Civics are also noted to be extremely quick cars.

Now this casting was designed by Dima Shakhmatov and introduced in 2022 in the HW J-Imports mini collection. This is currently its only release. This casting was modified from the Honda Civic EG casting designed by the late Ryu Asada.

This casting depicts a heavily modified EG-generation Honda Civic intended for drag racing.

This casting was modified from the Honda Civic EG casting as designed by Ryu Asada. It features right-hand drive, riveted window panels, a widebody kit, intercooled turbocharger and mismatched wheels, with oversized front tires to provide maximum grip to the front-wheel-drive Civic.

The rear shelf of the car features two symbols which appear to resemble the letters "RA". A fire extinguisher can be seen on the floorpan, as well as random dots and lines in the base; these read "RYU" in morse code. The driver's side window is removed entirely. The turbocharger and intercooler can be seen in the gap in the front bumper. The initial livery features numerous references in tribute to Ryu Asada; other easter eggs were added in post by staff sculptor Manson Cheung "without anyone knowing".

JJM20 is 159/250 in the mainline set, 8/10 in theHW Drag Racers series and is a 2026 Super Treasure Hunt. It is Spectraflame green with a black hood, black accents, white graphics, and a Civic livery. “TH” can be found on the doors.

Features include dark tinted windows, a black interior, and a chrome plastic Malaysia base. The car rides on mismatched Real Rider wheels.

This vehicle can be found in mix “F” of 2026 Hot Wheels mainline cases.

The Honda Civic Custom made its Hot Wheels debut in the 2022 HW J-Imports series. It is based on a heavily modified Honda Civic EG that includes right-hand drive, riveted window panels, a widebody kit, an intercooled turbo, and mismatched wheels.
