According to my order history, the item was shipped on 12 November with the tracking number FXP 4**********, and it was shown as delivered to my transit warehouse (BuyAndShip Malaysia) on 13 November.

However, after checking with BuyAndShip Malaysia, they informed me that they did not receive the shipment.

I kindly request your assistance to verify the shipment status on your side. Please check with FedEx and provide the proof of delivery (POD), such as the recipient’s signature or a delivery photo, so that I can further follow up with my warehouse.
